Combining the profound benefits of yin yoga with the soothing support of restorative postures, this class provides a sanctuary for healing and renewal.

Yin yoga postures are designed to be held for an extended period with the aid of props, gently alleviate tension from the fascia. This therapeutic practice encourages the release of deep tension that causes chronic pain.

As you rest in a weightless state, you’ll receive Tibetan Tones® sound healing, a powerful vibrational therapy known to calm the nervous system, clear mental fog, and open space for renewal. Aromatherapy and Ayurvedic wisdom are interwoven throughout, creating a multidimensional experience that supports balance on every level.

About this workshop

Unwind in a softly candlelit space and experience deep rest through guided Yoga Nidra and Tibetan Tones® sound meditation. This immersive 90-minute offering is designed to calm the nervous system, release mental and physical tension, and support a profound sense of restoration.

The practice begins with gentle grounding movement and breathwork, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra (“yogic sleep”), and concludes with an extended Tibetan Tones® sound immersion using handcrafted bell-bronze singing bowls. The resonant tones and vibrations guide the body into a deeply relaxed, meditative state.

No prior yoga or meditation experience necessary. Come as you are and allow yourself to rest.
