Shipping policy

I package all pieces with great care and label them fragile. It is extremely unlikely that your products will be damaged during the transit process. I cannot be held responsible for stones that are broken after transit. Orders are processed Monday through Friday in the order in which they were received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

The shipping rate our customers pay vary by the weight of the parcel. If a package is returned to Crystal Conscience due to an invalid address there will be a re-shipping fee. Shipping fees can not be refunded on returned packages. Crystal Conscience is not liable for stolen packages. We make every effort to notify our customers when an order ships and when it is out for delivery.

We will work to get these orders out as quickly as possible. Please anticipate possible delays due to Covid-19 restrictions in workplace and USPS limitations.
