Where are you located?

We are mainly located in New York, USA (Long Island + NYC). Most of our classes you'll find are located at Emerge Integrative Wellness in Massapequa, NY. We also tend to frequent the Montauk area and Manhattan/Brooklyn.

However, when we're not in NY, we are either practicing in the Amalfi Coast or in Puerto Rico.

Keep in mind that we also offer virtual sessions and retreats at various locations.

What's your cancellation policy?

24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule to avoid a 50% fee of the service you are booked for.

Same day cancellation or rescheduling result in a 50% fee of the service you are booked for.

No call/no shows are charged full price of session.

We address and focus on the challenges of modern stress, imbalance, and disconnection by offering tools and practices to restore harmony in the body, mind and spirit, along with specializing in nervous system regulation, gut health, detoxification, and water/air filtration. Hormonal imbalances, mental wellbeing.  Whether it's finding calm amidst the chaos, aligning with nature's rhythms, or achieving clarity and emotional healing, we provide personalized support to meet your unique needs.

What results should I expect to see?

Most of our clients experience deep relaxation, increased self-awareness, emotional release, and a renewed sense of vitality. Through Ayurvedic consultations, sound meditations, and retreats, our clients leave with actionable tools to sustain balance and wellness in their everyday lives.

Our Services

What is sound healing?

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice using sound frequencies to balance the body's energy and promote relaxation. It involves instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. We use Tibetan Tones® specifically as they produce a deep, resonant sound that penetrates the body and mind. The tonal quality is a lot richer and more complex than that of other singing bowls, which allows us to give an amplified immersive experience.

Directly placed on energy centers, our Tibetan Tones® sound bowls emit powerful vibrations that penetrate deep (into the tissues), unlocking chronic tension patterns in (the) body & soul and stimulating the vagus nerve for ultimate balance & restoration.

What are the benefits of yoga for the body and mind?

Yoga offers numerous benefits for both the body and mind. Physically, it enhances flexibility, strength, and balance while improving posture and reducing the risk of injury. It can also aid in better sleep, boost energy levels, and support overall physical health. Mentally, yoga helps to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and promote emotional well-being. Through mindful breathing and meditation, yoga encourages relaxation, self-awareness, and mental clarity.

Are your yoga services suitable for beginners?

Yes, we offer classes and sessions suitable for all levels, including beginners. We always aim to provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.

What if I have special needs or physical limitations?

Please inform us about any special needs, physical limitations, or medical conditions before booking a session. This allows us to tailor the practice to accommodate your needs and ensure you receive safe and effective guidance. We will always provide modifications and adjustments to support our client's comfort and progress <3

What should I bring to a yoga class?

Not much! Just a yoga mat, maybe some yoga props (optional), an open heart, gratitude, and definitely a water bottle!

What if I don't own a yoga mat?

We always recommend our clients invest in a good yoga mat to promote comfort, stability, and alignment during practice, as well as encouraging our clients to invest in their health and lifestyle consistency.

However, if you're a first timer booking a class with us at Emerge Integrative Wellness, and you don't have your own yoga mat, one will be provided to you from the studio.

How can yoga be integrated with other wellness practices like sound healing and Ayurveda?

Yoga can be seamlessly integrated with other wellness practices to create a holistic approach to health. For example, combining yoga with sound healing can enhance relaxation and deepen the meditative experience by using sound frequencies to balance the body's energy. Integrating yoga with Ayurveda involves aligning your practice with Ayurvedic principles, such as adjusting yoga routines based on your dosha (body type) and incorporating Ayurvedic herbs and dietary recommendations to support overall well-being. Together, these practices can complement each other and create a comprehensive wellness routine that addresses physical, mental, and emotional health.

How can I find out about upcoming retreats and events?

You can subscribe to our newsletter or check our website’s events page for the latest updates on upcoming retreats and special events. We’re also constantly promoting our events on our Instagram page, so you can go follow us on there to not miss an opportunity!

What should I bring to a retreat?

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, other yoga props if you'd like, personal toiletries, and any specific items mentioned in the retreat itinerary. However, each retreat will vary so no worries! We will send an email once booked on all the details you must know!

Virtual Offerings

How do virtual sessions work?

Virtual sessions are conducted via video conferencing platforms (zoom). Once you book a session, you will receive a link and instructions on how to join.

What equipment do I need for virtual sessions?

For yoga and somatic movement sessions, you’ll need a yoga mat and comfortable space to move. For ayurveda consultations and coaching, a quiet space and good internet connection are recommended.
