Our cancellation policy typically requires advance notice to avoid cancellation fees. 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule to avoid a 50% fee of the service you are booked for. Same day cancelling or rescheduling and no call/no shows result in a 50% fee of the service you are booked for.
